Unique Item Markers

The Pirate King Hat now appears on the map at the Singing Catfish pirate ship - searchable in all 14 languages. Also recovered 45 dungeon-chest unique weapons and armor that went missing after the recent game patch.

Save File Discoveries

Save import now flags the Pirate King Hat as discovered once you've completed the "Treasure Chest on the Vellua Pirate Ship" mission.

Abyss Map

I restored the abyss map and fixed position tracking support in the THGL app.

The position detection is back! And the locations on the maps are updated for the new game patch with a few new quests, updated item locations and much more. But there are some animal spawn locations missing now. This game patch changed a lot and I am still working on fixing all the newly introduced issues.

Live detection was broken by the last game update. v7.3.1 is a quick fix that restores player position tracking, but with a caveat: it currently tracks the camera position instead of the player character, so it may feel off when you change the viewport. Some actors may also show incorrect types (e.g. horses instead of chickens). Proper fixes for both are planned — hoping to get to it tomorrow!

Zone Overlay Tooltips Hover over any colored zone overlay on the map to see its name and description. Works for all overlay types including Crime Zones, Faction Territories, Fish Zones, and the new NPC Knowledge zones. Click a zone to open the full details panel.

NPC Knowledge Zones New overlay layer showing which regions have NPCs that grant knowledge when you talk to them. Enable "NPC Knowledge" in Zone Overlays to see 8 region zones. Click a zone to browse all knowledge topics by category — region-specific NPCs and global topics like animals, insects, and factions.

Improved Quest Positions Faction quests are no longer stacked at region centers. Quest markers are now distributed across 6,400+ actual NPC spawn positions. Most quests now appear at individual NPC locations instead of a single blob per region.

Wild Ginseng 25 Wild Ginseng spawn locations added to the Gathering filter. These are pre-placed positions found across the map. Additional ginseng spawns might be added in a future update.

Bell of Tommaso + All Pororin Bells All 8 Pororin Bell locations are now on the map with proper region names (Bell of Hernand, Bell of Pailune, Bell of Tommaso, etc.). Previously 3 were missing.

Sealed Artifact Challenges 616 sealed artifact challenge missions now map to their specific artifact locations for save file import. Previously these were unmatched.

Save File Import Fixes

• Waypoint counts now show unique discovered locations instead of inflated raw counts
• Quest progress shows unique mission count (was showing duplicated entries)
• Save file upload now available in the companion app
